I first met Ashley and Ray at a session with Ashley's family back in 2013. I was so excited when she contacted me again this year and wanted to do a session with their new little girl, Blake. Blake is such a cutie and I loved getting to meet her and see her parents and grandparents again.

We started the session at Ashley's parents home and then spent some time over in their neighbor's amazing backyard.

I first photographed the Marshall family back in 2011 (you can see photos from that session here and here). This time, we were back at the same farm but used different areas this time around. It was a fun session and we got some great photos! Thanks to Maple Ridge Sport Horses for letting us use your land for this session!

We walked all over the farm and it was mostly pretty dry (much better than last time!) BUT there was one muddy hill, and of course I was wearing comfy flats instead of boots, so I slid right down and got covered in mud - but it was totally worth it! You can see evidence of that on my Instagram.



Elaine and John actually volunteered for this photo. If these were my kids, I would definitely be framing this!


Kyle and Laura celebrated their 20th anniversary just a week or two before this session! I love seeing couples stick together that long!

Alison and Will's wedding was absolutely fabulous. We started the day at the Hilton in downtown Terre Haute, where Alison and Will were both getting ready.







Will and Alison chose to do a first look before the wedding, and it was beautiful! So much love! And they had written personal vows that they read together before we headed to the Rose Hulman campus for the ceremony.





They had a great group of friends by their side for their wedding.




I love shooting weddings at White Chapel - definitely one of my favorite wedding venues in Terre Haute!








The aisle runner was hand made by Will's sister. Isn't it fabulous?








The reception was at Castle Finn Winery. We had just a few minutes before the sun set to get these photos. They are some of my favorites of the whole day.
