I've been photographing this family since the very beginning, at Jay + Melissa's wedding, and it's always so much fun. Every session has been different than the last and it's always fun seeing how much the kids change between sessions. This was baby Ethan's first session and I absolutely love the photos! He is a smiley little guy, at least until he got tired, and big brother JJ was, as always, a fabulous mixture of sweet and mischievous.
We were expecting a few flurries that morning, and we ended up with quite a bit more than expected. It worked out perfectly for photos, though!

Hannah called me in October, the day before she and Chris planned to marry at the courthouse in Terre Haute, and I'm so glad I was available to photograph their wedding! They are an adorably sweet couple and I love their photos! Don't think you can't or shouldn't have a photographer if you're having a small wedding. It's still a momentous day! The courthouse provided several fabulous spots for portaits, and their ceremony was just as lovely and joyful as any church wedding. It's not the wedding that matters, it's the marriage, and I hope they have a fabulous one!

I had the pleasure of photographing this adorable family back in December. We did a quick mini session in their home the week before Christmas. It was a hectic morning (as all mornings with three kids are), but the photos were worth it!

I was so excited to photograph Little Miss Emmerson when she was just a week old. She is such a beautiful little baby and I know her mommy and daddy, and of course her big sister Raelynn, all love her so much!
Like all my newborn sessions, this one was done in their home. This makes it easier for everyone and it's so relaxed. Heather's mom had brought over this little bitty cradle the day before the session and it was the perfect sentimental prop to use. She looks just like a little baby doll!
These photos of Emmerson and Raelynn just melt my heart. They are so lucky to have each other!
They are all obviously smitten with their new little princess!
