We've been planning this photoshoot for Abbie ever since her birthday in January, but we were waiting for warmer weather, so....yeah, we did her birthday shoot in April.
I was planning on walking around and finding some new spots in downtown Terre Haute for these photos, but we ended up staying right around Indiana Theater and inside the parking garage, of all places. We were the only ones on that level and Abbie thought it was cool, so we hung out there for a while.
I love, love, love the images I got from this evening with my little girl. She's seven now and I'm sure she won't let me call her "little" for much longer, so I'm enjoying that while it lasts. She was such a trooper for this shoot and probably would have let me shoot for another hour, but it was Friday, which at our house is movie night, so we needed to get home.
Last year, we did a whole little bookworm photoshoot, and she still loves books...although she's moved on from Dr. Seuss. We're reading the Ramona books and American Girl books right now and sometimes Magic Treehouse.
This girl loves music :-)
