Brady is such a cute little guy and SO smart! I brought these wood blocks for him to play with and he knew all the letters, and he's only TWO! I'm super impressed! And I just love his sweet little smile!
I am SO happy that spring is finally here! It was a fairly mild winter here in Indiana, but I was just so tired of the brown and grey and just yuck everywhere. So happy to see some COLOR now! I took my kids out last week for some photos and got some that I just love. I'll share more later, but here are my favorites of Jack. He is at such a great age right now (3) and he's just SO much fun and SO sweet (and kind of grumpy sometimes)! His personality is captured perfectly in these photos!

Don't forget about my spring mini sessions coming up on April 14th! I still have openings, so click here to see details, then click here to contact me to schedule your session! I still have a couple of Saturdays open in April and May for full sessions as well, so if you're interested in one, contact me soon to set it up!

My silly little girl...she is so girly and adorable and I LOVE to hear her squeaky little voice and her infectious little giggles. I couldn't ask for a sweeter little princess! Ok, so some days she's more of a drama queen than a princess...but still adorable! I can't believe she's FIVE now, and she'll be starting school in just a few short months!

Jack turned 2 back in January, but the weather and my schedule (and energy level) have not cooperated very well, so I'm just now getting around to doing his photo shoot. He'll do just about anything for a piece of candy, so we brought along a box of sweet tarts...maybe not my finest parenting moment, but the bribery worked! He cooperated VERY well, especially considering the fact that he's two and usually wants nothing to do with looking at the camera. Isn't he just the cutest little guy?!?! Spring is officially here and there is some GREEN in my yard! Pregnancy always seems to make time drag on, especially in the winter, so I'm SO excited that winter is finally over! Just 8 weeks to go until I get to meet my newest little boy! Anyway, here are a few shots I took in my backyard yesterday. Enjoy!
I love spring! The warm (but not hot yet) days, having the windows open, being barefoot, and the dandelions! Yes, I know most people wouldn't be happy with a yard full of dandelions...but I love them! The kids pick them and pretty much leave my flowers alone, I think they make the yard look happy and cheerful, and then they turn into "wishing flowers"! Of course, then our yard is full of ugly empty stems, and that's not so cheerful... but anyway, they make the kids happy, so that makes mommy happy too!

I am SO happy that it's finally spring!!! I'm also super excited about my new camera. I FINALLY upgraded to a Canon 7D and I absolutely love it! For any photographers wondering about it, it is an amazing camera! I have taken photos at ISO 2500 that are much better than ISO 400 from a Rebel. I definitely think good photography has more to do with the photographer than the equipment, but I was feeling very limited by my old camera. So anyway, I took the kids out to play (and so I could play) the other day, and these are a few of the photos I got.
