Floyd is, hands down, the best pet we've ever had. He's an old man of a dog, ten years old now, but he still follows us on all our walks and bike rides, loves attention from the kids, and enjoys (or at least tolerates) the cats, chickens, and ducks. And he things he's a guard dog, which is pretty adorable. He has a mean bark but wouldn't hurt a fly. We were worried the first time we let our chicks in the yard last year, but he just wanted to smell them and then tried to keep them herded together. It was pretty much the cutest thing ever.
