This has been an amazingly wonderful year. I've met and photographed lots of new families and lots that were returning for second, third, and even fourth sessions. I've photographed newborns and seniors, little kids, families, weddings, and everything in between. I've loved meeting each and every one of my clients and feel honored and blessed that they have invited me into their lives in this way.
SO....as a little thank you, instead of offering a short-lived Black Friday deal, for the rest of the month any new session booked will receive a 5x7 leather-bound brag book ($100 value). The session date can be any time in the next year, you'll just need to pencil in a date and pay the $50 deposit by the end of the month. And of course, this can't be used with any other discounts or on mini sessions.

I just love this family. I've been photographing them for the last two years and every session has been so much fun. Lucas is a talkative and energetic little guy and baby Will is as sweet as can be. Nick and Kelly are awesome parents and all together they're just the sweetest family ever.
Raelynn is one of the cutest babies ever, and I've been so excited to photograph her throughout her first year - first with her mommy's
maternity session, then
newborn,
6-month, and now a one-year session. I love watching kids grow and change and it's amazing how much growing and changing they do that first year.
Heather and Mike are awesome parents and little miss Raelynn is obviously very loved!
Funny story - Stephanie sent me a friend request on Facebook a while ago, and I didn't recognize the name or photo (she had a photo of her kids as her profile pic) so I assumed that she meant to find my business page. I sent her a message with a link to my business page and got a message back from her...turns out I DO know her. We worked together at Paitson's back in high school (more years ago that I care to admit) and I just didn't recognize the name because she's married now. SO....we talked a bit, got caught up on each other's lives, and she brought her family to my mini session day at Fowler Park last month. It was fun to see her again and meet her husband and kids.
In case you've never heard of it,
Hip Marry is a local wedding magazine that's published by Heather Grundon from Bluebird Style Studio in Terre Haute. We met at
Miranda and Bennett's wedding last year and we talked back and forth on Facebook a little bit and she eventually asked me to do this fashion shoot for the magazine in the spring.
It was a little different from the types of shoots I normally do, but it was a lot of fun and we got some great images. The second issue of the magazine is out now and available exclusively through the vendors involved. So....if you're looking for a wedding photographer in the Wabash Valley area, I'd love to meet with you and get you a copy, or if you attend a local bridal show, look for the Hip Marry table and they'll hook you up!
Amanda and Bryan met me at Fowler Park for a mini session with their dog Mace. They were a sweet couple and Mace was so well-behaved. I don't mind photographing dogs, but honestly...I'm not exactly a dog whisperer. Mace made it easy, though!
